SimplyShapedGames began with games, but the name now has more behind it: Minecraft and Left 4 Dead 2 mods, website work, and a little design beyond the screen.
This site brings that collection together. Each creation has its own page, with a description, artwork and the relevant links. Categories make it easy to explore one kind of work, while the journal keeps the release stories in date order.
The visual identity starts with the company logo: circles, squares, triangles and rounded lettering. There is a white version and a nearly black version, with a theme switch that stays within reach as you scroll.
Underneath, it is still a static website hosted with GitHub Pages. The original journal posts, privacy information and older article addresses remain part of it.
