The Witch Who Laughs is my sound mod for Left 4 Dead 2, now on Steam Workshop. It changes the mood of her passive encounters by replacing the familiar cries with eerie laughter.
This is an audio-focused change. The idea is to make an encounter you already know feel unfamiliar again, without turning it into a different character or redesigning the game around her.
